The leader in in-car entertainment and smart sensing

ASUKA is committed to revolutionising the driving experience of passenger, commercial and specialty vehicles — on and off the highway — through automotive infotainment expertise, human-centred design and smart sensing.

Mission

Making transportation smarter, safer and more connected

ASUKA is committed to revolutionising the driving experience of passenger cars and commercial/specialty vehicles running on and off highways through its expertise in automotive infotainment systems, its commitment to excellence and human-centred design, and the use of smart sensors to enhance safety, entertainment, convenience and connectivity.

By integrating advanced technologies such as artificial intelligence, multiple sensing technologies and cloud IoT services, we strive to make transportation smarter, safer and more connected.

What we do

Two domains, mastered over two decades

In-Car Infotainment Systems

ASUKA's proprietary 2DIN head units are widely acclaimed in the Taiwanese after-market, and have earned the trust and adoption of domestic and international automotive manufacturers. Our products are applied across passenger vehicles, commercial vehicles, buses, military vehicles and logistics vehicles.

Infotainment

Smart Sensors

Smart sensing lets devices act like human senses — seeing presence and movement to determine distance or location, hearing sound, even smelling air quality. ASUKA has 12 years of development and production experience in millimetre-wave radar sensing and CO₂ concentration sensing, and has been selected as an Infineon Preferred Partner.

Sensing

Expanding Into Cloud Services

ASUKA's edge smart sensing devices provide sensing capability and also solve the wireless connectivity challenge between measurement data and the cloud. Our team spans software and hardware experts, system application engineers, UI/UX designers and cloud architects — supporting service providers to design higher-value cloud applications in entertainment, fleet management and smart buildings.

Cloud
As a partner

Where we sit between the large and the small

Customers who build customised products face a recurring problem when choosing a manufacturing partner. Large EMS and ODM manufacturers are optimised for high-volume programmes and often require significant minimum order quantities. Smaller manufacturers offer flexibility, but frequently lack the engineering depth — or the ability to scale when a programme succeeds.

ASUKA is deliberately positioned between the two. Our organisation and manufacturing structure support moderate initial volumes and product customisation, while retaining the capacity to scale as demand grows. For the customer this means one partner across the whole product lifecycle — system design, hardware and software integration, customisation, validation and manufacturing — rather than coordinating between a design house and a factory.

Being engineering-driven and right-sized also changes how communication works. Hardware, software, RF, antenna, multimedia processing, AI imaging, sensing and system integration are all in-house, and the structure allows customers to speak directly with the engineering and management teams. Technical issues, customisation requirements and design changes get resolved rather than queued behind an account layer.

A Taiwan-based engineering and manufacturing operation adds one further consideration: geographic diversification. For buyers managing supply-chain resilience, regulatory requirements and geopolitical uncertainty, a long-standing presence in Taiwan's technology ecosystem provides a complementary option alongside an existing supplier base.

Outlook

Two goals for the decade ahead

First, to remain the leading supplier of in-car communication, entertainment and safety equipment.

Second, to become a global leader in IoT sensor module expertise — offering customer-centric IoT solutions, exclusive consultancy and an outstanding service team, ultimately reaching our goal of ASUKA Powered Cloud Service.
